Executive & Small Business CoachingGenerally geared towards both established and aspiring leaders in organizations and small businesses, Executive Coaching tends to focus coaching towards work related issues. Inspiring people, giving and receiving productive feedback, direction, communication, authentic leadership, creating intentional impact and employee engagement are some of the things that we may work on. If you are a small business, it is also common for us to work on establishing a plan and reaching your goals for the business. Due to the nature of Dare to Engage, we will also integrate personal sustainability and other foundational elements of the model, as they serve you, to support you in creating the energy, stamina and systems to create the results you want.
