Hero's Journey Inner Circle Program (HJIC) - Limit 12 - 6 Month Program
- By invitation or application only.
A comprehensive and intensive 6 month program that promises to engage participants
at a whole new level of leadership, self-care and effectiveness. This program
is for individuals who are hungry to grow, be more effective and create a strong
impact in their lives and organizations. Individuals will be challenged to step
out of the comfort zones in service of their biggest agenda and goals, and in
service of the things outside of themselves that create the most fulfilling
results. With a group of 12 working together for the six months, Master Mind
Circles, Elite Retreat in March or April, private coaching with me and access to DTE Community Forum, Resources
and Topic Calls, participants experience life changing shifts, connections and
action that will follow them for years.
Membership in the Hero's Journey Inner Circle Program includes:
- Two Day Experiential DTE Retreat in Lisle, Illinois (Travel & Hotel
not included)
2 Day Experiential DTE Retreat in Lisle, Illinois (Travel & Hotel not included):
An AWESOME Retreat. That is about all I can say! These two days will be completely
focused on you and your group/team. We will be working and engaging the DareToEngage
Model in a productive, insightful and thrilling manner. With just the right
combination or Retreat and Experiential Learning, you will step into a new
level of leadership and choice like never before. You will leave the retreat
feeling re-vitalized, challenged and excited to step into the dares that will
move your forward in your goals. You will also have deepened your Strategic Engagement
Plan and Personal Sustainability Plan and be in action when you leave.
Truly a special experience, so special that I can only open it up to 12 people
at a time.
- Monthly HJIC Group Call
Participation in monthly DTE Topic Calls: These calls are designed to give
you more information and rich discussion on areas of the DTE Model and how
they apply to your life and can support you in creating the life and leadership
you want, being authentically you, taking bigger risks and blowing the lid
off your life. Examples of topic calls are: Life "Balance" vs.
Full Engagement, Leading Your Energy for Greater Stamina and Personal Sustainability,
Engaging Your "Hunger" to find your Compelling Purpose, Stepping
out of Comfort Zones and into Your Own Personal Dares, Creating Deeper Engagement
& Connection in Your Relationships, The PowerDare: Engaging Challenge Like
Never Before.
- HJIC Master Mind Calls once a month (4 people per group)
Participation in Master Mind Groups of 4 or 5 People for Group Coaching (Monthly
Calls): Master Mind coaching is a great way to learn, grow, connect, and forward
your action. On these calls, you are together with 4 or 5 of your peers and
have a specific amount of time to have the coaching and group focused on you.
You bring your topic and you get our undivided attention. The idea is that
the sum of 4, 5 or 12 minds is more powerful than just one and you get additional
value. Additional benefits include learning how to coach others by witnessing
what happens in the group, learning from others' issues, wins and challenges,
and increased connection with your peers.
- Five 1 Hour Private Coaching Calls with me throughout
6 month program
Private Coaching Calls (when you need them): Private Coaching time focused
just on you. Period. You pick the agenda and what you want to work on...and
we go!
- Two Hour Launch Session before Retreat
2 Hour Launch Session before Retreat: For the Hero's Journey Inner Circle,
this program is more intensive and we will be working together very closely
for 6 months. To kick off our time together, you will have a Private 2 Hour
Strategic Engagement Plan Session to explore the DTE Model in your life and
leadership, explore your vision and values, what's currently happening and
set intentions and goals to work on over the next 6 months.
- 5Dynamics Assessment & Profile
A valuable tool in determining your energetic preferences for how you like to work, collaborate, communicate, learn and basically get things done. This is a great tool for finding the best use of
you and increasing success, satisfaction, flow and productivity. This assessment
takes 3 minutes to complete on-line and alone is valued at $250.00. In some
of the programs you will have access to your own assessment which can be blended
into your coaching and programs if you like.
- Membership in Hero's Success Circle
Membership in Dare to Engage Community: Membership in the community includes
on-line access to DTE Forum, networking opportunities, discussion topics and
board, access to on-line resources and special discounts on products and programs.
- Participation in DTE Corporate Hero Bonus Topic Calls
These calls are designed to give you more information and rich discussion on areas of the DTE Model
and how they apply more specifically to Organizational and Leadership Issues.
These calls are intended to help you engage your authentic leadership at a
deeper level, as well as your people and business, and to really dive into
driving your own bus and taking initiative to create the results and impact
you want. Examples of topic calls are: Awareness of Impact, Daring to Lead
Authentically, Leadership Edges, Engaging People as a Leader, Collusion vs.
Allies, Self Care as a Leader: Creating Personal Sustainability for Sustainable
Leadership, Using Your Presence to Make an Impact Without Saying a Word, Communicating
Direction, Designing Systems for Productivity, Creating Intentional Impact,
and more... **Copy of topic calls sent to participants monthly (as well as
provided in MP3 and Transcribed): Can't make a call? No worries! I'll record
and send the copy to you via MP3 and Transcription so that you can listen
at your own pace.
- DTE Toolkit (Starter Workbook):
A self starter guide to
helping you move through the DTE Model in a way that works for you. This self-paced
workbook can be used in collaboration with Topic Call discussions.
- Monthly Open Call in Day for "Spot Coaching" aka "Laser
Coaching" (10 minute sessions): A place where powerful action
oriented shifts can take place. You call in on the designated date, with something
you want spot coaching on. We'll spend 10 minutes diving in and helping you
move to the next step, whatever that may be for you. These calls are short,
but can be very productive when we stay focused and you come to the call with
an agenda!
Note: The DTE Hero's Journey Inner Circle Program is a 6 month
program with a limit of 12 participants. Due to the customized nature of this program, the
limited space, the Retreat, and the commitment level I ask of you, in order to ensure that this program is a good fit for you and that you are ready to engage at this level of intensity, there
