Are the Dare to Engage Programs for you?

In order to get the most from the programs there are a couple of guidelines to help you decide if this is the right program for you.*

Ideal candidates for this program:

• Work in an organization or own a small business
• Are in a leadership role where they are responsible for driving vision, creating results and inspiring people to create results
• Value their personal and family life (and want to feel more "balanced")
• Have lots of responsibility
• May have crazed/overloaded work schedules and workloads
• Want to be a hero at work and at home
• Want more energy, ease, support, structure, and the ability to create the desired impact to do so
• Will benefit from learning (and applying) how awareness, authentic leadership and engaging people are the things that will help create impact AND how extreme self care and balance will help sustain him through the craziness
• Are willing to invest the time, the money and the energy to make changes
• Want to truly make a change in their current situation and are willing to be challenged to do so.

Other characteristics of people who will benefit from this program are those who:

• Are responsible for projects, and people, and want to be more effective
• Are hungry to go to the next level and beyond
• May already be successful at what they do, and want more; impact, thrill, aliveness, etc.
• Want to find more compelling motivators in their work and life
• Are in a holding pattern, trying to decide next steps
• Are unclear of what they want, but are hungry and committed to get clear
• Want to play a bigger game
• Want deeper more meaningful work and relationships
• Have a hard time creating their desired impact
• Struggle with physical presence or body weight issues
• Want to be healthier, more energetic and productive
• Want a stronger presence in their leadership
• Want to find congruence and integrity in their way of being
• Are not getting desired results - but really do want them
• Don't feel their impact is what they want it to be
• Are up to something big, or want to be, and need an extra push to get out of comfort zones.
