Rights and Permissions and Agreements

By participating in DTE Programs you agree to not share the tools, resources or access to the on-line forums or client areas, with anyone, without the express written permission of Dare To Engage. You also agree to hold confidentiality for group coaching calls and Master Minds (we will design this as a group as well at the beginning of the program.) When on the DTE Forums, you agree to operate professionally and with respect and to not use the forums for solicitation or for uses outside the scope of the DTE Program.

From time to time tele-seminars may be recorded and transcribed for training and program purposes, for participant services (to re-listen to or read calls), and for future product development and distribution. Participants in programs WILL be informed if calls are being recorded. Coaching calls and calls of a confidential nature will NOT be recorded. All coaching is held with the utmost confidentiality and will be designed with participants at the beginning of programs. By participating in group tele-seminars, you agree to these terms. If you have questions or concerns about this, you must notify the DTE Leader leading the program, before the program begins.

If you have any questions concerning the usage or licensing of Dare To Engage copyrighted materials, for example, program names, reports, graphics, audio, Dare To Engage tools, articles, or materials, please submit your detailed request in writing. Please be sure to include any surrounding copy or text to the Dare To Engage material.
