A Master Mind is a group of people that come together for coaching, learning, training, community and support. The idea is that the whole of the group and the energy and learning available is more powerful than just one person alone. It also makes it more cost effective and available to more people, especially if you are sponsoring a group. The learning is rich, the community amazing, and the experience generative and inspiring.

There are several types of Master Mind Programs offered by Dare to Engage. Some are more intensive and have a limit of 12 people in the group, while the master minds in the larger corporate sponsored DTE Leadership Programs can have anywhere from 4, 6 or 12 people.
Master Minds are a GREAT way to participate in programs in that you get to work on your own personal material with a larger group and support (you only share what's comfortable for you), you get access to all sorts of tools and resources, and you get to witness others' learning and coaching that inevitably always links to something you're working on (it may look a bit different, but the group learning is awesome!) Some additional benefits of doing this include learning from each others' challenges and successes, developing additional leadership relationships, deepening your own coaching skills and networking.
Depending on the program you are in, the level of Master Mind, you will have different levels of engagement. The minimum is that you will have access to the on-line community with tools and resources (again you don't have to participate, but the tools and resources are available to you), you will participate on a monthly topic call for all (and if you can't make it, don't worry, I record the call and send it to you), and then you will either have Master Mind group coaching calls (with a small group of 4-6) or call in coaching days (for short laser coaching sessions.) You may even have an additional small group call as well, again depending on the Master Mind you choose to be in.
