The DTE Elite Engagement Program is a private coaching program customized specifically to you and your needs. After our initial consult and once we have agreed that we are a good fit for each other, we will co-design an arrangement that will best support you. This will include the location and frequency of sessions (usually via telephone), the launch session (anywhere from a couple of hours on the phone to an in person private 2 day retreat), the length of the program, and how we will work together in general.
You will receive a DTE Strategic Engagement Package with pre-work and assessments that will help you learn more about yourself, your strengths and your needs and will help us lay a strong foundation for our work together. Then we really get to work! Throughout your program, we will integrate the core DTE Principles and Model, while it is customized to support you in achieving your results. This program provides the highest level of personal time, customization and interaction.
