Engaging in these programs is a great way to start creating the results, impact and energy you want. Whatever your desired results are, whatever you dares are, these programs will support you and challenge you to move to the next level and beyond. And if you don't know what your dares are...no problem, a big part of my job is to help you figure out what your dares are, and how you will step into them.
The program as a whole is VERY comprehensive. If you go through the whole program and the whole model you will find that you will experience a range of stretching and growth in many different facets of your life and leadership. I offer the program as a "whole", AND I also offer special courses from time to time on specific components of the model. So again, wherever you're at in your quest, just getting started, fine tuning, or looking to move to your next level of mastery...there is something here for you.
There are several different structures the Dare to Engage Programs are offered in, depending on your desired level of participation, budget and time considerations. The higher the level of engagement, the more personalized and comprehensive the program gets. Some programs are offered in a group format, some as a member style program and some as private coaching. Some, of the programs require an application to enroll (the more intense and personalized programs) and some are open enrollment. Depending on what your needs are, I've designed it so there will be something that meets you where you're at in your desire for participation.
