DareToEngage workshops are offered to the public and can also be customized to fit organizational needs. In these 1-2 day workshops, you will learn the DareToEngage Model, how to apply it to your life and how to take specific action. These workshops are extremely experiential, these are not "sit and take notes and listen" workshops. You will experience exercises, group and individual work and a very high level of interaction with me. As a result of these workshops, you will create (and will have already started applying it during the workshop) your very own Strategic Engagement Plan. You will step out of the workshop with very specific immediate action to help you create the results you want, be a more effective leader and be more fully engaged in the areas of your life that matter most to you.
Shorter workshops can also be offered focusing on a specific part of the model or doing a higher level version of the program (more skimming than diving in, and still lots of value!)
